Meet our Fur Family! (keep scrolling for pictures) I only have 4 female adult poodles that we currently breed to get our Maltipoos (Ariel, Meg, & our newest mommies, Coco and Lucy), and we have one maltese female that we are hoping to one day add to our breeding program (Elsa) so we can have Champion Bloodline Maltese as well. And don't forget about the boys...can't say enough good things about them! One is a fixed poodle who everyone adores, Diego, and the other is our stud "daddy" dog, my Champion bloodline Maltese, Zeus. :) All our dogs are raised in our home, they are not kennel dogs. They are family pets, spoiled rotten as they should be. They're sweet and loving, playful, and great companions! :) These parents have been carefully selected because of their good health and amazing temperaments and we feel that no matter if you pick a male or female puppy, you can't go wrong with a MALTIPOO baby from these parents! I'm so picky that it has literally taken me YEARS to find exactly the adults I want to breed. When I'm looking for a new family member I have as much trouble as anyone else to find an honest, reputable breeder. It's a very difficult process but I don't want to lower my standards. I want to make sure the parents I have will produce the prettiest and healthiest babies ever. Not all breeders use adults that conform to the AKC breed standard, but that is very important to me. I also do not think breeders should ever use a dog that is already a crossbreed so beware of people who do that. Not only is the quality a huge deal to me but the personality is just as important, so it's like finding a needle in a haystack but I don't compromise on these things. If you're looking for a QUALITY furbaby with the PERFECT PERSONALITY to match...then you've finally found what you've been looking for. I've worked for 10 years to build this breeding program to earn the reputation that I have and I am confident you will feel like all the others who have adopted their furbaby from us, that they were "worth every penny"! Would love to share references of our happy families...some of them have come back multiple times! Or click on the "past puppies" tab to see some of our beautiful babies from past litters. |
Zeus: AKC Maltese Stud weight: 5.6 lbs (in his 3 generation pedigree, 11 of 14 are AKC Champions!!!!!) Aside from having some of the best bloodlines you could ever ask for, he has the most gentle nature and sweetest personality you could ever want! He is my snuggle buddy, he's even a great dad! He always wrestles with his babies and lets them pull on his ears and tail! People will tell you that you can't have two males together around females but my boys are best friends and even snuggle in the same dog bed sometimes so we have crushed that myth. Zeus is my baby, I carry him in my arms like a newborn and he loves it. He sleeps on his back with all 4 legs sprawled out...he's my little clown and definitely makes me smile every day. It took me years to find him, but he was worth the years of searching because his bloodlines paired with my beautiful, sweet girls is what sets my puppies apart from all others. Coco Chanel: tall toy/mini chocolate poodle weight: 6.4 lbs (she is 2" taller than the limit to be considered "toy size" by the AKC standard so by 2" she is technically a miniature) She is a total love bug. She loves her dresses and hairbows. Always fashionable as her name suggests! :) She is a big sweetheart and always by my side. Because of her longer legs she can outrun all the other dogs, and she keeps up with the kids in foot races with no problem! She will have some athletic babies. :) *Normally I don't breed dogs with long legs, but Coco is perfectly proportional (as long in the body as she is tall) so she is just a slightly bigger version of our regular babies. We hope with a short-legged daddy the babies will still be toy size but we just have to wait and see. (Coco is due around May 17th, ready to leave July) |
Mellifluous Megara: AKC Apricot Toy Poodle
"Meg"
weight: 7.1 lbs
She totally changed my opinion of poodles, I think I've heard her bark twice in her life!
So sweet she'll let the kids hold her puppies the day they're born and just licks their hands as they're holding them! She has a heart of gold! She has my hubby wrapped around her paw! lol She can do no wrong in his eyes. ;) She usually has our white and buff color maltipoos with an occasional apricot/tan one. Most of my past puppies that have become therapy dogs have come from Meg & Zeus. Her waiting list fills up fast!
(Meg is expected to come in heat in May)

My Lil' Lucy Lou: AKC Black Toy Poodle
weight: 5.2 lbs
Lucy is just stunning! She looks like black velvet! When she is next to other black dogs she almost makes them look faded because her color is so rich! She is as gentle as can be, definitely a sweet girl. She gives some of the best hugs! When I pick her up she puts one foot on each side of my neck and will lay her head down on my shoulder. Such a sweet girl!
**the bonus of a black dog is you never have to worry about tear stains, but the downfall is the lighting has to be just right or you can't see their face in pictures! :)
Queen Elsa of the Southern Hills:
AKC Maltese Female
weight: 4.5 lbs
(Elsa has 6 AKC champions in her 4 generation pedigree!)
After searching for 2 years, I've finally found a maltese female that I thought was good enough quality and sweet enough to pair with my Zeus in order to get purebred Maltese. Even though the maltipoo is my favorite, it would be a shame to let all these amazing genes go to waste! I'm very picky about the look of my maltese and want them to have beautiful baby doll faces. Elsa & Zeus are going to make some of the prettiest maltese babies you could possibly find!
(Elsa is due to come in heat in May, so puppies would be due in July, and ready to go home in September) I will be keeping one of the boys (hopefully she has one) to be our future stud for our Maltipoos and continue on Zeus' amazing bloodlines! :)
**These purebred Maltese will have Champion Bloodlines on BOTH sides! They will be GORGEOUS!!
Price will be $2500 each for our purebred maltese.

Ellie Mae: Purebred Tiny(Teacup) Toy Red Poodle
Ellie is the daughter of Meg and Diego (we had a purebred poodle litter so that we could keep one, so the picture above is their family pic with the 3 of them). My daughter had been begging to keep her own puppy & promised she'd raise her all by herself, which she did!! We hoped she would one day be as good of a mother as her mom, Meg, but she is soooo small we may never get to breed her. She is barely 4 lbs and is 3 years old. (Even though lots of breeders claim they have 2-3 lb adults, vets will tell you it's probably not the case, especially not that they are using to breed. It would be extremely risky to breed a dog that small so she will probably just keep thinking she's Sydney's human baby the rest of her life....she gets pushed around in doll strollers and never even tries to get out, she is possibly the most spoiled dog I've ever seen, but what can you expect when you've been raised by a sweet little girl!) :) She's worn more dresses and hair bows in her life than I have!
Diego: Purebred Toy Poodle
Diego is Ellie's Dad. He has been neutered so he is not part of my breeding program. BUT, he is the best puppy sitter ever and I give him a lot of credit for showing our puppies how to act and have fun with kids. He has the sweetest nature and is such a fun dog! He loves to be out in the yard with the kids and juke back and forth when they chase him. He lies in wait for them to try to catch him again then he'll take off again...staying just out of range and enjoying himself as the kids tire out and give up. At the end of the day, we tell him to "go to bed" and he'll run jump up in our son's bed because he knows that's his job to keep them safe at night. He is such a wonderful dog, and we love for the puppies to hang out with him when they get older because he shows them how much fun it is to be part of a family.
